Luis Arciga

Luis Arciga possesses extensive experience in the agricultural sector, having held various leadership roles in research, business management, and marketing across distinguished companies. Arciga served as a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds from September 2003 to November 2007, and held positions at Albaugh Inc. as National Seeds Manager from February 2016 to March 2017, and at Corteva Agriscience as Category Leader Pioneer Mexico and Agronomy Research Manager for Mesoandean from March 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, Arciga worked at Bayer Crop Science in multiple roles, including Biotech and Seed Business Consultant and Business Manager for Mexico and Central America, showcasing a strong background in regulatory affairs and strategic development. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad Autónoma Chapingo, a Master of Science from Colegio de Postgraduados, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.
