Martin Hamel

Martin Hamel is an accomplished FP&A Latam leader with extensive experience in finance and administration within multinational organizations. They served as CFO for DuPont Chile from 2004 to 2024, where they restructured teams and implemented financial tools that significantly boosted sales. Previously, they held key positions at Johnson & Johnson, McDonald's, and Abbott, focusing on financial reporting and strategic planning. Martin holds a Diploma and a Master's degree in Financial Management, both with distinction, from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a degree in Accounting from Escuela de Contadores Auditores de Santiago. Currently, they coordinate Global FP&A activities for Latin America at Corteva Agriscience.
