Michael Smith

Michael Smith is an experienced professional in the seed industry, currently serving as the U.S. and Canada Seed Product Stewardship Lead at Corteva Agriscience since September 2009. With a career that began at DuPont Pioneer in 1997, Michael has held various leadership roles including Seed Products Stewardship Manager for the North America Region, Supply Chain Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Line Manager for North America Soybeans, and Quality Supply Coordinator for Soybeans and Wheat. Additionally, Michael worked in the Agriculture Division of DowDuPont from November 2017 to November 2020 in a similar stewardship role. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from Iowa State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
