Mxolisi Ndlela has extensive experience in agricultural research, having served as a Research Associate at Corteva from March 2017 to July 2020, and as a Senior Research Associate and Africa Phenotyping Coordinator at Corteva Agriscience from July 2020 to April 2024. Prior to these roles, Mxolisi worked as a Laboratory Assistant at PANNAR SEED from 2011 to 2014. Mxolisi earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a focus on Plant Pathology/Phytopathology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, followed by a Master of Science in the same field from the same institution. Additionally, Mxolisi completed a Certificate of Completion in Business and Management Development at GIBS Business School in 2022.
