Nikki H.

Nikki H. is the Vice President of Insect & Nematode Management at Corteva Agriscience, where responsibilities include leading the Seed Business Unit Excellence Team and driving sales strategies for the Pioneer and Corteva Crop Protection Sales Teams. With a career that began in 2001, Nikki has held various leadership roles, including Global Program Manager for Rice and Specialty Herbicides, where significant achievements included leading the commercialization of 170 new product concepts across 57 countries. Nikki also served as the European Market Manager for Insecticides at Dow AgroSciences, overseeing the successful registration and commercialization of over 180 concepts across Europe. Educationally, Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education with minors in Plant Science and Entomology from the University of Kentucky.
