Rafaela Arancibia has over 13 years of experience in AgTech, specializing in new product development, project and portfolio management, marketing, and business development. Currently, Rafaela leads Marketing within the New Farming Ecosystem team at Syngenta. Previously, Rafaela held various positions at Syngenta, including Regional Portfolio Manager for APAC and Seeds R&D PMO Lead. Rafaela has a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology from Universidad de Chile, a Master’s in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
