Reiny Putri

Reiny Putri is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Country HR Leader at Corteva Agriscience since June 2025, Reiny is responsible for implementing HR policies and strategies to foster talent attraction, development, and change management. Previous roles include Senior Head of Human Resources at Koltiva, where oversight extended across multiple regions including APAC and EMEA, and Head of Human Capital at Waresix, managing all human capital functions. Reiny’s background also includes significant positions at Keppel, Leighton Asia, Petrosea, and PT Satria Bahana Sarana, demonstrating a solid track record in recruitment, talent management, and strategic business partnerships. Reiny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Science from the University of Indonesia.
