With extensive experience in agricultural and non-agricultural pest control, Shoumo has led significant initiatives across various roles, including Regional Head of Development & Registration at ADAMA Asia Pacific and Global Technical Manager at Syngenta. Shoumo holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences & Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has completed the Marketing and Sales Excellence Program at INSEAD.
