Horace Keung

Horace Keung is a seasoned front-end technical leader with extensive experience in web development. Currently serving as the Front End Technical Lead at Cortex since June 2025, Horace has previously held the role of Front End / Web Technical Lead and Front End Developer at InCrowd from September 2017 to June 2025. Additional experience includes working as a Web Developer at WhotNow and part-time positions in data entry and clerical support at Sixty Asia Investments Limited and ING Life Insurance Company. Horace holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Games and Multimedia Environment from the University of Sussex, complemented by a high school education from Framlingham College.
