Tom McGuiness is an experienced professional in product management and digital marketing, currently serving as VP of Product at Cortex since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tom worked at PTI Digital from June 2021 to June 2025 as Data & Digital Director (Sport) and Head of Data and Insights, leading the launch of a major OTT subscription product and conducting data audits for top sports organizations. At Crystal Palace Football Club from March 2015 to June 2021, Tom co-led a successful digital transformation project, significantly increasing membership revenue and winning a Sports Business Award. Earlier experiences include marketing roles at BMJ and Helen of Troy, with a strong focus on strategic planning, data-driven marketing, and campaign execution. Tom holds a BA Hons in Business & Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University.
