Dan Malven

Dan Malven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. Currently serving as Managing Director at 4490 Ventures since July 2016, Dan focuses on investing in Series A software companies outside of Silicon Valley. In addition to this role, Dan is a member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including QualSights, HealthBridge, Tiv, Cortex Building Intelligence, UPshow, Fluree, and SwervePay. Dan is also an active member of YPO - Young Presidents' Organization and Kauffman Fellows. Dan holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
