Amanda Sena

Amanda Sena is the CS PR Team Manager at Cortex. Amanda has over 10 years of experience in corporate communication, strategic planning, crisis management, and press relations.

Amanda started their career as a reporter for Folha de Pernambuco in 2008. In 2010, they became a producer and journalist for Bla! Comunicación y Producción de contenidos. Amanda then went on to produce Solo in 2012 and Desformatados in 2011.

In 2016, Amanda became the Senior Consultant at LLYC where they worked on communication strategy, media relations, and crisis management for clients Grupo CCR and Desenvolve SP. Amanda then became the CS PR Team Manager at Cortex in 2019.

Amanda Sena graduated from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco with a degree in Social Communication - Hab. Jornalism. Amanda also holds a degree in Turism from the same school. Amanda has received certification from CS Academy in Modelos de Atendimento Inovadores and Customer Success Intensive. Amanda has also received certification from Academia Internacional de Cinema in Direção de Documentário and Gupy in Minicurso Teste de Perfil Comportamental.

Amanda Sena works with Fernanda Garcia - Customer Success Consultant, Viviane Danella Figo - Costumer Support Analyst, and Stela Poli - Customer Success Team Manager. Amanda Sena reports to Leila Cardoso, Customer Success Director.
