Beatriz Henning

Beatriz Henning is an experienced professional currently serving as an Intern in Go-to-Market and Offer Strategy at Cortex since July 2025. Prior to this role, Beatriz held various positions at Sizebay from July 2022 to June 2025, including Project & Performance Leader, where responsibilities included coordinating OKRs, managing KPIs, leading onboarding and retention projects that significantly reduced churn rates, and overseeing monthly data consolidation for over 1,000 clients. Beatriz also developed automated systems for performance metrics, led Scrum audits to enhance development practices, and trained interns to foster growth within the team. Earlier roles included Project Management and Performance Analyst, along with sales development experience at Sensorville, where Beatriz actively supported marketing and engineering teams. Beatriz is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, expected to graduate in December 2027, and holds a technical degree in Electroelectronics from IFSC.
