Larissa Feital is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success, onboarding, and marketing. Currently serving in the Customer Success department at Cortex since May 2023, Larissa manages onboarding processes for Key Account and Enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementation and a positive client experience. Previously at SocialSoul, Larissa handled client relationships and executed strategic actions based on data analysis. At bornlogic, Larissa analyzed customer success indicators and led training webinars, while at Grupo Technos S/A, Larissa developed communication strategies for the sales force.
