Leonardo Silva Barroso is a Brazilian network and infrastructure analyst who has worked with some of the biggest companies in their home country. Leonardo started their career in 2005 as a technician with RadNet Serviços de Internet. There, they were responsible for implementing and administering servers running CentOS, Fedora, and Windows Server. Leonardo also managed disaster recovery routines for the company's servers and data, as well as Endian Firewall and IPTables rules and security controls.

In 2008, Barroso moved to Hartmann Consultoria em TI, where they took on the role of network and infrastructure analyst. There, they managed internet links, ensuring redundancy and availability of corporate accesses. Leonardo also configured and managed VPNs for clients (Petrobras - EDISE) and the company's headquarters (Curitiba). Additionally, they oversaw user directory services (AD), WSUS, File Server; IpTables, Bacula; and internal applications hosted on IIS. Leonardo also provisioned and managed Microsoft workstation parks. Finally, they maintained relationships with vendors such as Dell and Microsoft.

In 2011, Barroso left Hartmann to become an SRE Manager at Cortex. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring the availability of the company's systems and services. This includes monitoring system performance, investigating incidents, and working with developers to prevent or mitigate outages.

Leonardo Silva Barroso is a Brazilian lawyer and judge who has a degree from the Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
