Lucas Ramalho is currently a Junior Legal Analyst at Cortex since April 2022 and previously served as a Legal Intern. Additionally, Lucas co-founded the Liga Acadêmica de Direito Digital e Inovação at Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) in February 2022. Lucas was also a member of the Academic Affairs Board at OAB/RJ and collaborated on the Internship Commission for OAB Belford Roxo, focusing on integrating students and young lawyers into the legal market in Baixada Fluminense. Prior experience includes an internship at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro from September 2020 to March 2022 in the 2nd Criminal Instance. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Law from UFRRJ (2019-2023) and ongoing postgraduate studies in Digital and Regulatory Law at Instituto de Tecnologia e Sociedade (ITS Rio, 2025-2026), along with a course on the Brazilian General Data Protection Law at Enap in 2020.
