Fernando Cremer began their career in 1999 as a Technical Support at Accountware, Inc. In 2005, they joined Seapine Software as a Product Consultant, Solutions Consultant, and Technical Consultant. In 2011, they became a Solutions Architect at Serena Software. In 2015, they moved to ServiceNow as a Sr. Solutions Consultant and Sr. Solutions Consultant - Major Accounts. In 2017, they joined Sonatype as a Customer Success Engineer and Lead Customer Success Engineer. In 2019, they became a Sales Engineer at Armory.io. In 2020, they joined Replicated as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Engineer Lead, and Solutions Engineering Manager. Finally, in 2022, they became a Principal Sales Engineer at Cortex.

Fernando Cremer earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati in 2007. Prior to that, they earned an Associates of Applied Business in Computer Support Technology from the University of Cincinnati in 2003.
