Jon Brick

Jon Brick is a product design lead at Cortex, specializing in building reliable software powered by AI. With nearly a decade of design experience, Jon has nurtured a design culture founded on trust, collaboration, and execution. They have successfully navigated two IPOs and two acquisitions, contributing significantly as both an individual contributor and a design manager/player-coach. Jon's past experience includes roles at various organizations including EIS Ltd, Metromile, and BMNT, where they led design initiatives and workshops. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel.
