Taras Shevchenko

Taras Shevchenko is an experienced QA Automation Lead and Consultant with a strong background in test automation strategies, particularly within the fields of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and AI agents. Currently at Cortex since January 2025, Taras is focused on building QA automation processes. Previous roles include QA Automation Lead at OutRival and Career Karma, where Taras adapted testing strategies for AI applications, enhanced performance testing, and significantly improved regression suite execution. With a foundational role at BigID as a Quality Assurance Solutions Architect, Taras developed test infrastructure and established procedures in high-pressure environments. Taras began a career in quality assurance at Form.com, progressing from QA Engineer to Team Lead over six years, and has a background in functional and performance testing, team management, and CI/CD processes. Taras holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and has completed several QA-related training courses.
