Dimitar Petrov

Dimitar Petrov has extensive experience as a product designer, with a focus on UI/UX and brand design. Dimitar is currently employed as a Senior Product Designer at Corti since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Product Designer at DimitarDotDesign starting in July 2021. Before that, they were the Founding Designer, UX & Brand at TrustVet from April 2021 to November 2022. Dimitar also gained valuable experience at Eskild Hansen Design Studio, where they held various roles including Senior Product Designer from February 2021 to August 2022, Product Designer from February 2019 to February 2021, and UX/UI Designer from March 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Designer at Airofit in November 2017, where they implemented the company's design identity into business materials and strengthened brand identity. Dimitar's earlier work includes being a UI Designer at Dot.vu from August 2016 to July 2017 and a Multimedia Designer at EIVA a/s from February 2015 to May 2015, where they contributed to various aspects of multimedia design and enhanced the company's visual identity through front-end design and development.

Dimitar Petrov has a comprehensive educational background in the field of multimedia design and communication, as well as web development. Dimitar began their education at the University College of Northern Denmark in 2013, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Multimedia Design and Communication. After completing this program in 2014, Dimitar moved on to Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus to further enhance their skills.

At Business Academy Aarhus, Dimitar obtained an Associate's Degree in Multimedia Design and Communication, solidifying their expertise in this area. Dimitar then proceeded to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Web Udvikling (Web Development) at the same institution, completing this program in 2017. Throughout their educational journey, Dimitar also acquired several certifications to enhance their skill set and expand their knowledge.

In 2012, they obtained the Cambridge FCE certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment. Additionally, in June 2017, Dimitar obtained the Prøve i Dansk 3 (Danish Language Level 3) certification from the Udlændinge- og Integrationsministeriet, showcasing their proficiency in the Danish language. Lastly, Dimitar also holds a Diploma in Photography from Shaw Academy, which they earned in October 2017. These certifications further demonstrate Dimitar's commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
