Michelle Ellison

Michelle Ellison currently serves as the Head of HR Operations at Corti, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Black Swan Data as People Operations Director and People Operations Manager from January 2019 to January 2024, and a brief career break during mid-2018. Michelle’s earlier career features positions at Win Technologies, where responsibilities included HR strategy and management of multiple HR teams from February 2015 to June 2018, and at City and Islington College, serving from September 2004 to February 2015 in various HR capacities. The foundational career started at Carlton Hotel Auckland from May 2001 to July 2004. Michelle's academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
