Currently serving as Chairperson of the Board at CortiCare and Executive Chairman at Mosaic Diagnostics, Cramer also holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Harmac Medical Products and Biocoat. As the Managing Partner of Scott Cramer Consulting, LLC since 2013, Scott has guided several organizations through significant growth, including DNA Diagnostics Center, where Cramer's leadership as President & CEO led to a successful acquisition by Eurofins. Cramer's previous roles include positions on the boards of Veran Medical Technologies, Vascular Insights, and NeuWave Medical, contributing to their noteworthy acquisitions by prominent companies.
