Amit Patel

Amit Patel has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1997, they began their career as a Sales Engineer at pcOrder.com. Amit then joined iPhrase Technologies in 2000 as a Manager of Product Management and Senior Product Manager. In 2004, they moved to CashEdge (acquired by Fiserv) as the Director of Product Management. After four years, they became the Director of Product Engineering at CashEdge Inc. (acquired by Fiserv). In 2010, Amit joined Fiserv as the Vice President of Product Management. In 2014, they co-founded Moneyworks and served as its Chief Technology Officer. In 2016, they joined FAST as the Senior Vice President of Product Development, where they led an engineering, operations, and product management team of 25 people. Amit designed and launched a SaaS offering from an infrastructure, security, operational efficiency, financial, and contractual perspective. Amit also led a company-wide initiative on security and compliance. In 2022, Amit was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Cortina.

Amit Patel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1996, following four years of study. Amit then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which they completed in 1997.
