CortixIQ is an independent decision intelligence and research company focused on enabling evidence-based decision-making in high-stakes markets. The company exists to solve a growing problem across industries: as products, platforms, and technologies become more complex and costly, the quality of intelligence used to evaluate them often remains narrative-driven, fragmented, or difficult to justify in financial terms.

CortixIQ’s early work included market and product intelligence in FMCG, which helped build strong foundations in structured analysis, comparison frameworks, and signal interpretation. Through this work, the company recognised a broader and more urgent need across industries—the need for clarity in decisions where the financial, operational, and reputational consequences are significant. This insight led CortixIQ to expand its focus toward high-stakes markets, where decision quality directly impacts long-term outcomes.

High-stakes markets are defined not by industry labels, but by the nature of the decisions involved. These are environments where choices require substantial investment, long implementation cycles, organisational change, or risk exposure. In such contexts, intuition and surface-level comparisons are not sufficient. Decision-makers need defensible intelligence that explains value, cost, and risk in clear terms.

Today, CortixIQ focuses on ROI-driven technology and value intelligence designed to support vendor selection, budgeting, and internal justification. The company develops interactive ROI calculators, analyst-style ROI and value reports, and structured decision frameworks that translate operational impact into financial and risk-adjusted outcomes.
