Lee Everett is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over sixteen years of experience specializing in market rate apartments, for-sale residential properties, senior housing, commercial real estate, low-income housing tax credits, and business development. They launched the initial Blueground Boston portfolio as a Senior Real Estate Manager and served as Head of Research and Strategy for Benchmark Senior Living, the largest senior housing provider in the Northeastern United States. Currently, they hold the position of EVP, Head of Research and Strategy at Cortland, having previously worked as Vice President of Research and Strategy at Waterton. Lee’s foundational experience includes a role at The Concord Group, where they evaluated over $3 billion in assets, and as an Associate at Boston Financial Investment Management, managing over $9 billion in multi-family residential tax credit assets. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University.
