Morgan Stempf has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they were an Analyst at Gemini Global. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Strategy Consultant at Avondale. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder and COO at Corus. Finally, since 2014, they have been the Managing Partner, Boutique Strategic Advisory at Deft Turn.

Morgan Stempf obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Colorado College between 2003 and 2007. During this time, they also attended the University of Oxford for a year, studying Theirtory.
