Artem Sychov has over 17 years of work experience. Artem began their career in 2004 as an Information Technology Engineer at Periodica. In 2008, they were promoted to Head of Information Technology Department at Tuto. In 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at R&R Music Ltd and then as a Software Engineer at Cloverpop. In 2013, they were promoted to Engineering Manager at Cloverpop and in 2014 they were promoted to Head of Engineering at Decorist. In 2017, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Exabeam and in 2019 they were promoted to Engineering Manager, Data Lake Infrastructure and Application. In 2020, they worked as a Research and Development Engineering Manager at Playtika and in 2021 they were promoted to Director Software Engineering at Corva. Artem is also the Founder of Kottans, a free online/offline community courses, book clubs, and events, which has 2000 students on the current online course and 1000 alumni who have changed their careers and life.

Artem Sychov obtained a Specialist degree in Psychology from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University between 2002 and 2007. Artem then attended Kottans from 2012 to 2014, though no degree was obtained. In 2021, Artem Sychov obtained certifications in Learning Design Thinking from LinkedIn, Foundations of Project Management and Using Databases with Python from Coursera, and Using Python to Access Web Data, Introduction to Python Programming, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), and Python Data Structures from Coursera.
