David Secker

As Vice President and leader of Corval’s Preconstruction efforts, David Secker heads our estimating, subcontracting and procurement teams. His job is to ensure Corval’s project teams have a solid foundation to complete their projects on time and under budget, while appropriately distributing risk. David’s preconstruction, estimating and procurement expertise is enhanced by his previous experience managing the construction of numerous industrial and alternative energy projects.
