April Rosier is the Director of Customer Success at The Venza Group. April has been with the company since May 2015 and is responsible for customer's success using the company's technology and services. In their previous role as Salesforce Admin, they were responsible for setting up executive reporting and managing SFDC client data clean up. April also developed custom account fields, objects, and page layout with SF contractors to support unique client engagement.

In their current role, they are responsible for leading the adoption and growth of clients and key partnerships. April also manages Security Analysts in program deliverables for Network Scanns and SAQ Preparation. Additionally, they assist in the deployment of SaaS products and defines training and support needs of clients. April stays current with all procedures as they apply to in-house technology and suggests changes or adaptations to technologies and resources based on customer needs.

April Rosier has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ottawa University in the field of Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University.

April Rosier reports to Lisa-Marie Halloran, VP of Ops.
