Dana H.

Dana H. has a diverse work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. They started their career at The Hartford Insurance Group as a Clinical Case Manager, where they provided vocational expertise for disability claims and achieved substantial savings in soft reserves. After that, they joined CorVel Corporation in various roles such as Branch Manager, Case Management Supervisor, and Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant. Currently, Dana is working as a Quality Control Team Lead, responsible for developing and implementing a quality case management program in collaboration with managers at local, regional, and national levels. They also assist the Case Management Manager in training and process development to improve quality.

Dana H. has a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University. Dana also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Georgia Southwestern State University. In addition to their degrees, Dana H. has obtained several certifications. Dana is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) from The Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission (CDMSC), and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) from the CRCC (Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification). Dana H. obtained their CRC certification in October 1997, their CDMS certification in October 1999, and their CCM certification in December 2000.
