Laura Copstead is a seasoned leader in account management with extensive experience in driving client satisfaction and optimizing regional accounts. Currently serving as Director and Regional Account Manager at CorVel Corporation since May 2017, Laura has a strong background in facilitating customer onboarding and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to this role, Laura held positions at Willis Towers Watson, Emeritus, Building Industry Association of Washington, Precision Machine Works, The Better Business Bureau (WA), and Approach Management Services, where responsibilities included risk management, claims administration, and client service support.
