Margo Sutherland has extensive experience in product support and business systems management, currently serving as Product Support Manager and formerly as Product Support Lead at CorVel Corporation since January 2004. Prior to this role, Margo worked at First Consumers National Bank from November 1993 to April 2003 as a Business Systems Liaison, where responsibilities included implementing application updates, testing new software versions, managing processes, reporting on productivity, and providing systems support, along with backup roles in hardware support, data retention, and IT management.
