Andrew Smith, Ph.D., is currently the Scientific Software Development Lead at Corvid Technologies. They previously served as a Scientific Software Manager/Developer and a Computational Analyst, leading teams in the development of advanced computational fluid dynamics solvers and contributing to automotive projects. At Lowe's Companies, Inc., they manage software engineering teams focused on developing internal mobile and web applications. Andrew holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
