James King

James King is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Coryton since November 2022, James previously held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at Populo Living from January 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, James played multiple critical roles at Swan Housing Group, including Group Finance Director, Group Financial Controller, and Financial Controller, from May 2012 to January 2022. James began a finance career at Laing O'Rourke as a Financial Controller from October 2006 to May 2012. Educationally, James is a Chartered Management Accountant from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent.
