Jon Pettitt is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Controller at Coryton since May 2014, Jon has played a pivotal role in achieving AEO-F accreditation and ensuring customs compliance. Previous roles at Coryton included Financial Controller and Finance Manager, focusing on sales and purchase ledger control, management account production, and multi-currency reconciliations. Before joining Coryton, Jon worked as an Accounts Manager at Accountancy & Administrative Services Ltd, overseeing credit control and assisting with VAT claims. Jon also has experience in translation and administrative support from roles in both a child-focused NGO and the hospitality industry. Academic credentials include ACCA certification, an MA in Translation Theory and Practice from UCL, and a BA in French & Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham.
