Carmen Low is an experienced ecommerce professional currently serving as the Head of Ecommerce APAC at COS since 2025. They previously held the position of Ecommerce Head of APAC at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from 2021 to 2024, and worked as an Ecommerce Manager for Southeast Asia & India, as well as other regions, at SWAROVSKI from 2019 to 2021. Carmen began their ecommerce career as a Regional Category Manager at ZALORA Group from 2014 to 2019, following a role as a Buyer. In addition to their professional experience, Carmen is pursuing a Bachelor with Honours in English Language and Literature at Nanyang Technological University and is also associated with Saint Andrew's Junior College.
