Chi Cheng has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Project Manager and Area Manager for COS since October 2008, overseeing 13 stores across East Asia, including Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Japan, and Australia. Initially starting as a Store Manager for COS's second UK store in 2008, Chi advanced to manage the flagship store by early 2010 and took on the role of Area Manager for all COS locations in Great Britain and Ireland by 2011. Previous experience includes serving as Department Manager at Selfridges from September 2006 to October 2008 and holding the position of Assistant Manager at Urban Outfitters from 2001 to 2006. Education was completed at Holland Park School.
