Grace Gu

Grace Gu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as the Country HR Manager for COS since May 2018. In this role, Grace leads HR initiatives and employee relations for the China market, acting as a strategic partner to implement global HR strategies and cultivate a people-first workplace. Prior to COS, Grace held various HR and management roles at H&M from July 2008 to May 2018, focusing on learning and development, recruitment, and store management across the Greater China region. Grace's career began at Starbucks, where essential management skills were developed over seven years. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Foreign Trade from Shanghai University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
