Louise Binks

Louise Binks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in expansion and growth strategies within the retail sector. Currently serving as Regional Head of Growth at COS since December 2019, Louise is tasked with driving omni-growth and profitability across various channels, including stores, digital, and franchises, while aligning with the brand's identity. Prior to this role, Louise held several positions at H&M, including Head of Portfolio Management for Europe & The Americas and European Expansion Manager, where responsibilities focused on expansion strategies for multiple brands. Earlier career experience includes working as a Surveyor in Central London Retail Agency at CBRE UK and various internships at notable firms such as DTZ, Grosvenor, Allsop LLP, and Savills. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The University of Reading.
