Ruth Briggs

Ruth Briggs serves as the Global Sales HR Manager at COS since January 2017, demonstrating significant leadership in human resources within the retail sector. Previously, Ruth held multiple roles at H&M from March 2011 to December 2016, including Country Training Manager for H&M US, where responsibilities included aligning training expectations with global standards. Additionally, Ruth developed and implemented recruitment strategies for the UK and Ireland markets, and managed an area encompassing 26 stores as Area Manager, overseeing various operational aspects. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Studies from University College of Ripon and York St John, earned between 1990 and 1994.
