Sian Rees

Sian Rees has extensive experience in retail management and talent acquisition, beginning as Flagship Store Manager at Boxfresh International Limited from January 2006 to January 2008, followed by a role as Showroom Manager at Pentland Brands from January 2008 to January 2011. In August 2021, Sian transitioned to COS, serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Head Office and later for GB&IE, managing the recruitment process for various store-level positions across 15 stores. Sian also held the position of Department Manager at COS, overseeing the highest turnover department and managing a diverse team of employees. Sian Rees holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Northumbria University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
