Tom Williams

Tom Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in inclusion, diversity, project management, and customer service. Currently serving as the Global Inclusion & Diversity Project Lead at COS since July 2018, Tom has held roles such as Health, Safety & Projects Manager and Office Manager at COS's Global Head Office in London. Previous experience includes positions at GAIL's Bakery as Assistant Bakery Manager, TOPSHOP TOPMAN as Back of House REPLEN, and OVO Energy as a Customer Service Advisor. Tom's earlier roles include Deputy General Manager at WILD BEER BARS LTD, Bar and Events Manager at Stroud Brewery, and various roles in the hospitality sector. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University and several relevant qualifications in hospitality and supervision.
