John James

John James has a diverse work experience in the software industry. John started working as a Support Specialist at Advanced Productivity Software, Inc. in August 2005, where they resolved customer issues and maintained excellent customer relations. John then transitioned to the role of QA Engineer in June 2006, where they formulated test plans and executed various testing strategies. In March 2008, John became the LookUp R&D Manager, where they developed project plans and provided time estimates. After leaving Advanced Productivity Software, Inc., John joined Air Quality Sciences as a QA Tester and Consultant in February 2011. John later joined Cosairus as a Software Engineer in July 2012.

John James attended Southern Polytechnic State University from 1997 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In December 2015, they also obtained the MCPS certification from Microsoft.
