Robert Reed began their work experience as a Freelance Software Developer at Artisan Dream in January 2015. During this time, they programmed menu systems and assisted with other programming tasks in Unity. Robert also designed and animated enemies and allies using Illustrator.

In March 2015, Reed joined Mobius Virtual Foundry as a Contract Programmer. Here, they focused on programming and implementing audio/visual effects and assisting with animation for virtual reality experiences. Robert completed a solo project that is currently being used in public museums—a Shooting Gallery Game utilizing Vive game controllers. Reed left Mobius Virtual Foundry in August 2016.

Simultaneously, Reed served as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University from August 2015 to May 2016.

Next, Reed worked as a Junior Programmer at React Games from December 2015 to March 2017. In this role, they utilized their C# programming skills for the Unity engine, particularly in implementing UI designs and programming their functionality. Robert also programmed native Android and iOS plugins and tools for Unity.

Reed then transitioned to ArchieMD in May 2017, where they became a Junior Unity Developer. Here, they developed medical training applications for the Hololens and Android devices using the Unity engine. Robert'sresponsibilities included creating editor tools, animating sequences using Timeline, and creating training exercises. These exercises incorporated Vuforia tracking for rich and complex user interactions with virtual objects. Reed stayed with ArchieMD until April 2019.

Most recently, starting in June 2019, Reed has been working as a Software Developer at Cosairus.

Robert Reed attended Salt Lake Community College from 2010 to 2011. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this time. From 2011 to 2015, they then attended Utah Valley University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Digital Media.
