Cosana Coaching specializes in peer-based eating disorder recovery and holistic mental health services, supporting teens and adults in rebuilding a healthier relationship with food, body, and Self. Services include online and in-person eating disorder recovery coaching, as well as intensive, activity-based support for individuals working alongside a treatment team. Services are available in person in Puerto Rico and online internationally.

Our work integrates evidence-informed coaching, trauma-informed yoga, and embodied practices rooted in both Western psychology and Eastern philosophy. We support individuals navigating eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia), chronic dieting, and body image distress, as well as common co-occurring challenges such as regulating a traumatized nervous system, reducing reliance on substances, and addressing perfectionism and people-pleasing patterns.

Through one-on-one coaching and structured recovery programs, clients cultivate self-trust, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing beyond diet culture. This work also includes developing critical media literacy skills to navigate an increasingly digital—and often deceptive—online landscape with greater agency and discernment.

Cosana Coaching is led by a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Yoga Teacher (E-CYT 250), and Certified Peer Educator (CPE) with lived eating disorder recovery experience.

The name Cosana reflects the heart of Haley's work. “Co” means with, while “sana” comes from Latin roots meaning healthy, whole, and sound. Together, Cosana represents her belief that we are all stronger in alliance than in isolation—and that the deepest healing happens when we work together.
