Andy Bailey has a strong background in operations and management. Andy has worked as the Director of Operations at CoServe Global Solutions since April 2018. Previously, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Goodman Networks from November 2009 to May 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager at Alcatel-Lucent from October 2004 to November 2009 and from October 1987 to October 2004. Andy also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at AT&T from June 1996 to October 1997 and as a Zone Manager at AT&T from January 1984 to June 1986.

Andy Bailey attended Samford University from 1970 to 1974, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. In 2001, they attended Stevens Institute of Technology and completed a project management certification program.
