Bruno Richoux

Bruno Richoux has over 25 years of experience in the IT and telecom industries. Bruno began their career in 1991 at BULL, where they served as a Software Architect and Development Engineer, focusing on performance applications, configuration management agents and applications, and distributed communication API and messaging bus. In 1996, they joined EHPT as a Product Engineer and Operations Team Manager, responsible for the system integration, orders distribution, and invoicing of BSS and OSS products. In 2000, Bruno moved to HP where they served as a Technical Presales Consultant for the EMEA region. In this role, they were responsible for sales proposals, customer workshops, solution design, technology forums, and Microsoft partner management. Finally, in 2006, Bruno joined Coservit as the Product and Services Director. In this role, they were responsible for the ServiceNav product life cycle management, covering roadmap, acceptance, market availability, presales, delivery, customer success management, Business Unit profitability and sustainability.

Bruno Richoux obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering in Telecommunications from Télécom SudParis between 1988 and 1991.
