Kevin Dillon

Kevin Dillon has worked in the IT industry since 1991. Kevin began their career as a Systems Programmer/ System Administrator at the Health and Safety Executive. During their four years there, they worked with COBOL on HP proprietary systems and also in a senior UNIX systems admin role. In 1998, they moved to Vertex Computer Systems as a UNIX Systems Admin. After a year there, they joined Protek as a Network Management Consultant, where they worked on HP Openview products and implemented AlarmPoint from Invoq Systems. In 2005, they became a Technical Consultant at Avnet, where they worked on a variety of projects featuring HP Software Operations Manager, HP Software NNMi, and HP SiteScope 11.x. Kevin also worked on installation and upgrade projects for Symantec software. In 2013, they were promoted to Lead Discovery Consultant at Avnet Services EMEA, and in 2021, they moved to EasyVista as a ServiceNav Consultant. Currently, they are working with the Coservit development team in Grenoble to ensure that the ServiceNav platform is always technically aligned to the specific needs of the UK market. Kevin is also building relationships with potential clients, overseeing proof of concepts and pilot projects, providing technical assistance to customers, and liaising with the Marketing Team to prepare and enhance collateral and support marketing campaigns for the product in the UK.

Kevin Dillon obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography & Geology from Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology (CCAT) between 1981 and 1984.
