Andy Aichele

Andy Aichele has extensive experience in education and organizational development. Andy served in leadership roles at COSI, including Vice President of Education and Director of Human Capital Development. Andy also worked at NetJets and Columbus Metropolitan Library in learning and development positions. Additionally, they were actively involved in promoting STEM education as a STEM Committee Member for the State of Ohio. Andy demonstrated leadership within the Central Ohio Association for Talent and Development (ATD) as President and Vice President of Professional Development.

Andy Aichele earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from The Ohio State University in 1994. Andy later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Capital University, graduating in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Andy obtained various certifications including Getting Things Done, Crucial Conversations, InsideOut Development, Influencer, and Cultural Intelligence.
