Barbara Jelsma

Barbara Jelsma has extensive experience in team coordination and care management, currently serving as a team coordinator at Cosis since August 2016 and also in the same role at NOVO. Prior to these positions, Barbara worked as an Indicatie adviseur at de MO-zaak, providing advice on WMO indicators for municipalities, and as a team leader and care coordinator at Talant from June 2004 to December 2014. Barbara's educational background includes a degree in nursing obtained from 1991 to 1995, and a diploma in higher general secondary education (Havo) completed from 1987 to 1990. Current studies at Hanze University began in 2011 and are ongoing.
